This space was once the only cinematic beacon on the southeastern exit of the city of Cárdenas. Its existence was short-lived, barely fifteen years of screenings before fading into oblivion. Today, stripped of its screens and seats, this abandoned corner resists stillness: it has been inhabited by time and transformed by local residents into an improvised home and a clandestine market.
