I came across this building at the Isfahan International Exhibition and the unusual direction of its lines immediately made me stop and look at it differently. The structure seemed to turn downward, leading my eye toward a man standing below. He was standing there with his hand under his chin, looking completely at ease against the unusual form of the building. The vertical pole beside him also became part of the way I framed the scene. I took two shots, and chose this one for the way his position, the pole, and the lines of the building came together in the frame.
