This is my personal favorite, karaage: the famous japanese deep fried chicken is so delicious it gives my tongue a flashback of the taste. strange but i noticed that each place has a different recipe of their fried karaage and widely varies in taste, when added with a little sticky rice on the side and a sprinkle of salt on the karaage? it is simply heaven! a must try in japan. ( if you are not a vegan)
