An American Record exists to register recurrence. The works are presented as entries, not portraits, and resist narrative or dramatization. Individually, they are incidents; collectively, they reveal a pattern sustained over time.
This collection does not seek interpretation or empathy. It functions as documentation—marking what was repeated, what was overlooked, and what was allowed to continue.
