I once cane across a post which said, 'be kind to others because everyone is going through a moment we might not fully understand'. For many of us, myself included, the reality of our age and the responsibilities that come with it dawn us while we were least prepared, and at times we find ourselves laden with so much than we can afford to conveniently carry at a time and in the process put less efforts on ourselves and more energy into holding up these responsibilities. These are bags of expectations, confusion, hope, depression and whatever else we can think of.
