She Never Let Go
Once, happiness was a balloon, and the whole world fit in a small hand. We grew up and went chasing bigger things, and they kept drifting further away. She never did. She still stands in that field, knowing what we forgot: happiness was in what we could hold. We can’t go back, so she stays there for us, holding every balloon we once wished for, one for every edition collected.
