Many people take their talents and gifts for granted. Whenever the opportunity arises, I like to ask others what their gifts are, and the most common response I hear is, "I don't know."
The truth is, every person has a unique gift, and when nurtured and developed, it has the power to sustain them. Our gifts are not just to lie dormant; they are meant to be used and valued.
From the very beginning, God commanded humanity to be fruitful and have dominion over the earth. One of the ways we fulfill this is through our gifts. God would never give us a gift without purpose—every gift has the potential to sustain both us and the world around us. But it is our responsibility to recognize, cultivate, and apply it in ways that serve others.
Always remember: the gifts we have are not just for our own benefit but for the good of the world.
