My work explores sleep paralysis, where dream and reality dissolve and shadowy entities emerge from the liminal space of consciousness. Drawing from personal experience, I depict spectral figures that loom and oppress: manifestations of the mind felt as terrifyingly real. This silent surveillant watch from within our dreams and nightmares, metaphors for the hidden fears and subconscious shadows that monitor us in vulnerability.
