This video was made in Retro Voxels, an immersive digital experience existing on the Ethereum blockchain since 2018. It depicts my make-shift workspace (think: unofficial office) for the virtual gallery I am currently building for my brother in Retro Voxels, with his young family in mind, and 3yo daughter in particular. We all use them in the 'verse, since the 'greater metaverse' - a conglomeration of digital alternative realities - is really an extension of the internet and made possible by it). I've been receiving a steady and generous flow of gifts from various virtual world residents, after requesting toys for my niece. At a time when crypto and the digital art marketplaces that strive within its ecosystem are both crippled (Bitcoin, for example, is struggling to recover after losing half it's value in 5 months, from Oct '25 to Feb '26), this playful digital gem is a reminder to have fun along the way on the rollercoaster of life – the turns and dips are perpetual.
