For decades, this building led a double life. On the upper floors, cinema classics flickered across the screen starting in the 1930s; it was a place for families and workers' unions. But when the final curtain fell in 1975, life moved to the basement. The owner opened the "Petit Bar"—an underground world of disco lights and heavy curtains. Where children's laughter once echoed, striptease shows were later performed for adults. Today, both worlds have fallen silent. Film reels gather dust next to empty champagne bottles from the nightclub. A house where innocence and sin decay together.
