Roses From the Asphalt
The children of flowers ran through the gardens, playing with pixies and fairy godmothers. Fruits were bright and ripe on the trees, and birds and fluttering butterflies filled the air wherever they ran.
When they reached the edge of the garden, their eyes fell upon a dark grey sea of asphalt. Just as they began to wonder how dull it must be to live in such a place, far away in the distance, a rose started to flower from a crack.
