A skull, glowing tears, a hand reaching upward but holding nothing. Stuck on an eternal loop between existing and disappearing. I think about this a lot with digital art. Does it last? Does it matter? I drew every element by hand using Procreate, animated the background, the hand and the tears using Procreate Dreams, and minted the finished piece on the Ethereum blockchain. It exists permanently, verifiably, on chain, which felt right for a drawing that asks if it's still here.
