This piece was born directly from a dream I had in April 2026, right after attending a live coding rave. It began as an impulse to hybridize the processes of Artificial Intelligence (running locally) with traditional digital painting techniques. In my creative process, the "memory dump" of dreams and visions has become a map of intuitions; an essential guide for navigating a path without headlights or compass, often filled with mirages and false positives. My interest in integrating AI doesn't stem from the need for a polished or showy finish. It arises from a curiosity to use the machine as a metaphysical accelerator: a tool for conceptualizing through photographs, overpaints, fragments of memory and thoughts, directly experiencing the relationship between logos and representation in the most Schopenhauerian sense of the term. On a symbolic level, the piece deconstructs an icon from the canon of classical humanism of old Europe. It is a representation of the decadence of the West through a brutalist and industrial language, tinged by the influence of Syd Mead's futuristic art and the dystopian atmosphere of Blade Runner.
