Guest Check no. 23034: I noticed this man because he looked absolutely miserable. He had what appeared to be a broken nose - it was bandaged but the gauze was frayed and starting to fall off. His shirt was hanging open but he either didn't notice or care. He was drinking out of a thermos with a special metal straw. It was tough to watch.
