my new photo series "invisibles" consists of photographs, where each photo is a visualization of a feeling. we live part of our lives outside of ourselves, and part of our lives inside. the alternative reality, metaphorical and illusory, that exists within us, consists of feelings, dreams, intuitive impulses, and memories. we are much more real in this illusory reality than we are outside. these photographs are, in fact, photographs of feelings that can confuse us, make us feel empty, and seek support in ourselves, but in the end they serve only to open our eyes not only to the world, but also to ourselves. we don’t see what we feel but we feel what we don’t see.
