Flag Day

Flag Day examines the American flag as a historical and cultural artifact, recording roots, service, and place. Each work incorporates a distinct system interference distortion created through my digital painting process, reflecting the convergence of physical symbols and digital systems. These works are not objects of worship, but acknowledgments of the social, political, and personal histories the flag carries as it circulates in our digital space.
