a piece unfit for viewing rejected, redacted if you looked closely you found it a reward for you we like to talk about obstacles but rarely do we point the finger at ourselves we say we want art to be free freedom but only when it fits the vibe too vulgar for display asked to stay home too vulgar, too controversial? a distraction? too unsafe? are we our own obstacle? are you the obstacle? we pretend to know what art is but who is to say? who is to decide? i ask is art art without story? is art art without pushing the question? what is more beautiful than the origin of the world?
