Living Canvas / OVERTHINKING
The mind has a way of turning silence into noise, memories into prisons, and possibilities into fears. It replays conversations that are long over, mourns things that never happened, and creates a thousand endings to stories that have barely begun.
Somewhere between what was and what might be, we lose ourselves. We become prisoners of our own thoughts, searching for answers in places where there is nothing left to find.
And the cruelest part? The world keeps moving while we remain trapped inside our heads, fighting battles no one can see, carrying the weight of things that may never come to pass.
Perhaps peace was never about finding every answer. Perhaps it begins the moment we accept that not every thought deserves to be believed, not every fear deserves a future, and not every question needs to be answered.
Sometimes, the loudest thing in the room is the mind. And the hardest escape is the one that leads us back to ourselves.
