Coming back towards the Brooklyn Bridge from Chinatown I decided to cut down Pearl St to head to Pier 17. When I started to get closer to the bridge it became apparent that this route would pay off. Seeing this clear shot was a welcome sight as it was just me and the traffic with a few others here and there going about their business. Felt a bit like an oasis as by that time I had already spent the day traveling 10 miles by foot. The bonus here was the "Welcome" sign on the Watchtower building in Brooklyn. Previously this sign had said "Watchtower" from 1969 until 2019. I dig the change.
