Failed Recollections
Some memories resist disappearance.
They return in fragments—altered, incomplete, and uncertain. Faces dissolve into texture, landscapes collapse into noise, and what was once familiar becomes difficult to name.
Failed Recollections is a collection of images suspended between remembrance and loss. Each work captures a moment in which memory can no longer fully reconstruct itself, leaving only traces, distortions, and echoes behind.
What remains is not the past, but its residue.
