This photographic project seeks to transmit the legacy of these extraordinary women who are our grandmothers, recognizing their vital contribution to society. This proposal invites us to reflect on the importance of preserving the stories of our grandmothers, guardians of memory and ancestral wisdom, recognizing their lasting influence in the formation of our identities and in the construction of our homes. Beyond their role as caretakers and transmitters of traditions, they are revered as symbols of strength, resilience and connection to the past. The images attempt to celebrate the beauty that these women represent, using as the main setting the interior of their homes surrounded by elements or objects that have been treasured during their lives, seeking to convey the authenticity of their daily environment.
