Comments: It was a sunny day and we were walking through the 6th arrondissement towards Jardin du Luxembourg to study the sculptures in the park. A calming park that many French artists from art history found a sort of divine inspiration for their creations. We had met with my friend Karen, a French art collector who had shown me around Paris the first time I ever visited with a great group of crypto friends during the first NFT Paris. She invited us to go meet a top printer in the city as we were planning to go shoot the portrait of the day together. We arrived at the printer and she was with a handsome man in a suit. It turned out to be a wedding invitation printer and we were getting the master tour. At an early point during the tour I had nodded to Ethan and decided we should leave after realizing that Karen became too busy to do the shoot. We walked outside towards the sun and trusted the path ahead. Following the light we arrived at a four corner junction surrounded by bistros and people enjoying their afternoon café on the sidewalk. The woman in green was shining, her aura was golden. I approached her and shared how we noticed her radiant glow. She smiled. I asked if we may make her portrait for an project. She gleefully agreed and raised her glass to cheers. She said it was her birthday! I had a flashback to the feeling of approaching people in the wild for the birthday project a decade earlier; A connection across time. I stood in the street and started filming. There was a man in the background making chaotic faces and so I improvised. His funny expressions are a great juxtaposition to the woman grounded in her composure.
