I was experimenting with my camera settings one evening and discovered how to do an in-camera double exposure. I selected an image I'd taken the day before of someone's flowers in front of their house, pointed it out the window from where I was sitting, and took the photo. The resulting image, I thought, made it look as though the flowers had been planted on the couch in my family's living room.
