His light is a beacon of hope, a flare in the darkness that brings forth the army of stars to defend the cosmos. He still hears Lalande’s whispers in the dark, each one a call for someone she lost. He never tells her if he finds them, only that he listens. When Antares first emerged from the void, it was Procyon who called the stars to arms, sending echoes of light across the cosmos. To this day, he whispers to Luyten of where the shadows move.
