According to archaeological studies, the cat became one of the most sacred animals for the Egyptians. To such an extent that replicas were built both in numerous temples and in several pyramids with the aim of protecting the gods.
It was thought that it helped the fertility of both men and animals, that it cured all kinds of diseases and that it watched over the souls of all the dead.
In those times, the cat could not be owned by anyone, except for the pharaohs, who were the only ones who had the right to own and tame this sacred creature. There was also a harsh law that prohibited the sale, mistreatment or murder of cats: whoever killed a feline suffered the same fate.
Miu sphynx might be the most revered during that time. He possesses certain characteristics of a deity, as rumors of an Egyptian curse seem to grow stronger as he reaches his adult form.
The laboratory fills with locusts and sandstorms of strange origin hit the surroundings. However, the worst could be about to happen. Three of our team who sampled and disciplined the chimera as a hatchling are hospitalized in intensive care, with an unknown disease fighting for their lives.
If they were the product of a curse, these strange events would confirm that we are facing the possible reincarnation of an Egyptian deity.
