Last Purchase
Last Purchase
A living room that belongs to one collector.
HOW IT WORKS
• The frames display artworks bought and still owned by ossen.eth, with ownership checked live from the blockchain.
• The collector on the sofa ages with that collecting activity. Each new purchase brings her back to youth. Without new purchases, she slowly grows old.
• Aging begins after 24 hours without a new purchase. After 3 days, she approaches a skeleton. After 6.529 days, only the skeleton remains.
• The LED sign shows the time since the last confirmed purchase.
KEEPING THE ROOM ALIVE
• After this NFT’s first transfer from the creator to a new holder, the room stays PERFECT for 24 hours.
• Then it begins to deteriorate unless someone pays to maintain it.
• Maintenance: 0.00399 ETH = 24 hours.
– 1 day: 0.00399 ETH
– 1 week: 0.02793 ETH
– 30 days: 0.1197 ETH
– 1 year (365 days): 1.45635 ETH
• Forever: a single payment of 6.529 ETH keeps the room perfect forever.
• Maintenance payments add up. Send any amount to receive the corresponding maintenance time. You can prepay any duration in one transaction.
• If the room has already deteriorated, a payment restores it for the time purchased.
• Anyone can pay, not only the owner.
• Maintenance preserves the room. The collector’s age still follows new artwork purchases.
Send ETH on Ethereum mainnet to:

IF THE NFT IS BURNED
• The room becomes ruins. The collector disappears, and a skull remains on the floor.
• A single offering of 16.529 ETH to the same wallet, made after the burn, brings her back to life forever.
• The room remains in ruins. The music never returns.
