The miracle of love
Return to the Infinite Embrace
Mother...
Years have passed since I saw your eyes,
yet I still see you—
in sunlight,
in the wind brushing my daughter’s hair,
in my son's footsteps echoing your grace.
I am a mother now.
Each embrace I give
leads me back to your arms,
where I first felt the divine.
You are gone,
yet you live in every flower,
every tear, every smile.
In my painting, I drew no face—
just open arms,
holding the child in me that still weeps.
Do you hear me,
beyond the stars?
When I hold my daughter close,
do you smile?
I miss you always—
but in that ache,
a thousand thanks bloom.
