Erin Kienzle Auctioneer & TV Host Erin Kienzle is a licensed auctioneer in the state of South Carolina. She’s not what you may envision. She doesn’t auction off cattle or cars, but she’s a BENEFIT auctioneer. She attends non-profit galas and helps to raise millions by auctioning trips, artwork, dinners, jewelry, spa days and much more. “Auctioneer” was not something in Erin’s life plan. She is a TV personality, on-air for 20 years, but her co-host, a licensed auctioneer, started inviting her to events. She watched him perform auction after auction and saw the magic that could happen. She watched how so much money could be raised in just a few moments on stage. She also saw how that one moment of fundraising could fund a non-profit for an entire year. What a powerful process it is! So, off to auction school she went. She left her family and went to Simpsonville, South Carolina for a week of training. She learned the laws, the regulations and most importantly, how to bid call. One of her favorite moments was the student auction at the auction house. She sold someone a box of ant killer! Whether the sale is $5 or $5,000, the thrill is the same. Now when Erin’s not on the auction stage, she’s hosting a lifestyle show on TV, doing a podcast and teaching entrepreneurs video strategy to feel more comfortable on camera.
