Allison Ashe-Arriola is a Naval Officer, Naval Aviator, diplomat, and businesswoman who strives to make the world a better place. Allison serves worldwide as a Foreign Area Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve, advising senior leaders on political-military operations, providing cultural expertise, and developing and supporting security efforts in partnership with nations across the globe.
Allison is also an Active Duty combat veteran, previously flying U.S. Navy Seahawk helicopters supporting Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom on deployments on ships around the world. She led program development in and is experienced in unmanned aviation.
In addition to military service, Allison is also a Supply Chain Manager for the Boeing Company building the 787 Dreamliner commercial aircraft. At Boeing, her leadership and passion for improvement provide another place to put her strategic global know-how, critical thinking, and innovation to good use.
Allison is a proud wife to a firefighter with three wonderful children. She earned a Master of Science at the University of San Diego in Global Leadership in Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University in Cultural Anthropology and Comparative Area Studies. A passionate life-learner, Allison regularly explores certifications, seminars, language training, volunteering, and other ways to grow and encourages others to do the same.
