The Space Between Us is an emotional work and social distance between the two lovers — close in space but worlds apart in mood and presence. The graffiti, shadows, and storm clouds add to the sense of unspoken feelings and barriers. The artwork shows how people can share the same place yet feel divided by invisible walls.
