The Art Of Words
Only me understand my feelings
POEM
In a world of billions, I am unique,
My emotions, a symphony is so sleek.
My joy is like a ray of sun,
Bright and fleeting, yet so much fun.
My sorrow, a heavy, rain-soaked shroud,
Weighing me down, without a cloud.
In a world of words, I find my voice,
A whispered melody, a poignant choice.
I search for others who can hear,
The secrets that my heart does fear.
But alas, they pass me by,
Their ears deaf to my sighs.
For only I can understand,
The depths of my own soul's demand.
So I stand alone, a solitary figure,
My feelings, a complex, winding tangle.
No one can know the depths I've plumbed,
The secrets that my the heart has drummed.
So let my heart sing, let my words flow,
For only I can truly know,
The depths of my own feelings, the secrets they hold.
Story: Sometimes I keep my feelings to myself because its hard to find someone who understands.
The character of the title: A young guy who stands alone.
