Incredible, subtle beauty in a stunning shade of blue. Intense turquoise blue colors result from the sun hitting the deep, clear water. This image resulted in a very dreamy feel. Hydrothermal is a series that is over four years in the making. I started experimenting with more abstract images in the spring of 2020 and fell in love with the peace I found in capturing more intimate images during the day when I wasn't hurried for golden light. I spent hours alongside thermal pools, capturing different angles, colors, and compositions. All of the images in this collection are 100% photography and were captured in Yellowstone National Park at over five different geothermal sites over 3 1/2 years. I have been curating the pieces for this collection for the past three months from over 1,000 images. This series is very different for me from the wildlife and landscapes I am known for, yet it is some of my favorite work. I am so excited to introduce this series to blockchain at the lowest price I have ever listed 1/1s.
