A journey into the space between the visible and the imagined. Beyond What We See is an intricate monochrome composition where organic forms and celestial elements intertwine to create a world that feels both grounded and otherworldly. Flowing lines move through layers of florals, leaves, delicate patterns, stars, and celestial forms, guiding the eye through the composition like currents carrying you from one hidden place to another. At its center, a field of stars opens into the unknown, while a crescent moon quietly watches from above. A butterfly emerges among the intricate forms, adding a sense of transformation and movement to the piece. Created digitally, one line at a time, the artwork reflects my intuitive approach to drawing. I begin without a rigid destination, allowing each line to respond to the one before it. As the details accumulate, shapes emerge, connections form, and the artwork gradually reveals itself. The title, Beyond What We See, speaks to the idea that there is always another layer waiting to be discovered. A closer look reveals more. Another look reveals something different. And perhaps what lies beyond the visible is not something that needs to be explained, but something each viewer is invited to imagine for themselves. Look beyond the surface.
