The blurring and darkness of layers evoke that fade as you kick back and let the moment envelope you … for good or bad. 1/1 edition on Foundation (ETH) with 2 different 1/1 colorways released on Objkt (TEZ) & Exchg (SOL). PROCESS: beginning with a 2022 Belvedere Vodka advertisement featuring Daniel Craig (shot by Juergen Teller at Cheval Blanc Paris), the magazine ad was hand-distressed and scanned into Photoshop in high res where typography was added. Glitching and painting was created separately and imported from Procreate. ARTIST: Known for bold, brash work combining layers of type, design and paint, GAWD's work is a collision of pop, punk, social commentary and the human condition.
