Always Has Been is a commentary on the constancy of human nature set against the extraordinary arc of technological progress, using that same technology as the medium through which to examine it. The collection emerges from a month-long generative process: 28 windows into a simulated reality, each one shaped by audience participation. Generative AI video and images are woven together and housed within a 3D digital sculpture, forming a unified, digitally native object.
