Don't Let Destructive Thoughts Crush You!

This is the most powerful and personal series I've ever created. It was born after a long period of depression, when my mind was overwhelmed with heavy thoughts and my body felt as though it were pinned beneath a concrete wall. During that time, I began noticing my automatic reactions: fear, self-criticism, and being trapped in the past. Instead of hiding from them, I chose to face them directly—to ask where these thoughts came from, who was aware of them, and why my body responded so intensely. That's when I realized that thoughts come and go, but I remain. I am the observer, keeping a distance and simply witnessing their presence. I wanted to express this process through art by transforming thoughts into tangible forms—stones. Stones perfectly convey the feeling of inner tension when you're left alone with your internal dialogue. They have weight: they can wound through self-punishment, loom like massive boulders of fear, or bend you beneath the burden of the past. At first glance, they seem to be just thoughts. Yet they can pull you so deeply into the darkness that they leave you unable to move forward toward your dreams—or simply live in peace. Every action feels like an immense struggle, demanding tremendous effort, and existence itself begins to resemble an endless battle with your own mind. Yet this experience taught me what I believe is one of the most important skills any of us can develop: disidentification, observation, and the conscious choice of how we respond. It is an anchor in the true Self—always calm, always present, even in the midst of chaos. Thoughts come and go like clouds. The sky does not argue with them. I am learning to be the sky.
