"Little Things" Day #48/366 Dlawr: Photo a Day Yesterday a friend commented on my photo and said "Half of the joy of life is meeting the ordinary with appreciation, welcoming its invitation to notice. Your photo is a celebration 🎉" Gratitude and abundance start with noticing the little things. It can be as simple as "I woke up today" or "Thank you for this bite of food or sip of coffee". Today for me it was, "Thank you for the rain". In my appreciation, I wanted to see and feel it. So, after a shoot today I went outside and just walked. I took photos of the drops on the trees, I got my clothes wet, and I noticed the puddles. It's these small moments of appreciation that cumulatively make a beautiful life.
