This is digital handrawn in Adobe photoshop. The recent discussion this year 2026 on X about the secret cabals in the nft art world triggered, inspired and draws my attention to create this art piece. The art focuses on money, power, respect and the unknown. i use blue red as i like working with this colors on most of my digital art. "THE CABAL" A cabal is a small, secret group of people who work together behind the scenes to plan or do something, usually to gain power or promote their own interests through plots and trickery. Rise from the shadows to fame The name "Cabal" became famous because of a group of five important ministers who worked for King Charles II in England a long time ago. The first letters of their names made the word "CABAL": Clifford, Arlington, Buckingham, Ashley and Lauderdale. People started using the word "cabal" to mean a small secret group of people who work together to control things quietly. This is how the name became well known. Though the cabal exist before then. Cabal in the NFT Art World In the world of digital art and NFTs, "the cabal" is a secret group of rich crypto investors, important collectors, early whales and platform leaders who work together behind the scenes to control the market. Instead of being fair and open for any artist to succeed based on talent, this small group privately decides who wins and who loses. They trick prices and attention by buying art together to make it look popular, quickly raising prices by trading among themselves and using their large social media followings and platform connections to only promote artists they already own. They turn a technology that should be open and fair into a closed, rich-only club, like old fancy art galleries. Complaint – The struggle of new artists Many small artists think the cabal is unfair. They say the people inside the cabal get special treatment and only help their own projects. This makes it hard for new artists to be seen. Because of this, many feel left out and believe success depends more on who you know or connection than on how good your art is. This caused a lot of arguments on X (Twitter). Artists and collectors talked about how the cabal controls the market and stops others from having a chance. People shared their feelings and asked for a fairer art world. Does the Cabal really exist in the nft art world. This is 50/50. DIGITAL ARTIST : Md Yaqub.
