Something a tad bit common is your fear of vulnerability which indeed is an emotional challenge to everyone. Fearful feelings, negative thoughts, toxic people are something each of us personally should tackle with at some point in life. To battle that fear of frangibility, one should learn to accept and love themselves. The more you love yourself, the more you'll be able to show true vulnerability. You don't always need to open yourself first but one thing you can do is to start small. Life does need a lot of courage which is really hard to accept. Life is too short but finding that infinite freedom from that phobia will for sure be a life changing experience. Know that you're brave enough to reach that light at the end of the tunnel.
