STILL A CHILD
Title: Still a Child (2026)
This piece came from a place we both know too well. That quiet feeling of carrying yourself like you’ve already figured life out, while deep down you’re still just a kid trying to make sense of everything.
The figure sits there in the red headgear and gloves, looking heavy, like the fight never really ends. Around him are all these little pieces of noise and memory. Old posters, tickets, stickers, random labels. The kind of things that stick to you as you grow up. Some of them feel proud. Some of them feel fragile. All of them feel real.
We didn’t try to make something perfect. We just poured out what it feels like to be mature for your age and still be a child at the same time. That mix of toughness and softness. That constant low-level anxiety that never fully leaves. That quiet hope that maybe one day it gets lighter.
This is us saying it out loud without saying too much.
