“We hold the strings ourselves, yet we do not realize who is pulling them” Who truly guides us through life is ourselves or the forces we’ve built around us? We move like puppets: every decision, every action seems our own, but is often steered by hidden forces is habits, fears, the expectations of others. We think we are free, but freedom is an illusion, fragile and fleeting. And yet, within this awareness lies a strange kind of freedom: by seeing that we are being led, we can at least tug our strings a little, choose a movement that, for a fleeting moment, belongs solely to us.
