Anatomy of a Memory
Memory can be physical.
Layered.
Fragmented.
Distorted.
Incomplete.
A figure without an identity.
A body becoming landscape.
Organic forms growing through what remains.
Small traces of something that may have happened or may only feel familiar.
The anatomy of something we can’t fully remember.
The marks memories leave on us.
The fragments that stay.
The things the mind forgets, but the body somehow keeps.
Because sometimes we don’t remember the moment.
We remember what it left behind.
