In this work, I return to weather data — something that has always connected me with memory. But through a new experiment, a different layer of memory emerged: deeper, darker, and unexpectedly emotional. The weather of that day revealed forms that felt like memories I hadn’t fully recognized — flows, shadows, and movements that carried a mood rather than a moment. Not a memory of a specific event, but the memory of an atmosphere… the kind of feeling that stays with you even when you don’t realize it. This piece explores how weather can bring memory back to the surface — not only the ones I’m aware of, but also the ones quietly stored in the process. Here, memory isn’t reconstructed. It is found — shaped by data and revealed through the algorithm.
