The pictures I collected in this project have one essential factor in common: the tedium that hides in a special place in my spirit. During my life, I have never encountered such a corrosive and pervasive feeling for such a long time. Each image represented my attempt to resolve or answer this devastating state of mind through a daily scrutinisation of the most different everyday objects. I tried to ask them for some light; I asked them to shine in my darkness. I deserve this shining. I used my imagination like a probe and sometimes like a thermometer. That’s the spooky result.
