Magnifying the Void
A lens does not merely enlarge what is already there; at times, it exposes the darkness concealed beneath.
Perched on the rim of an ordinary object to probe the unknown is humankind's very first contact with its own insignificance. The starry depth tested by the tip of the cane is neither the sky nor the cosmos; it is the inner void one finally dares to gaze into. In pursuit of truth, are we merely cautious witnesses lingering at the edge, or travelers who have already accepted the fall?
