Presence
Some moments don't announce themselves.
Presence is a collection of eight photographs made at the edge of day. The last light before dark, the first light before dawn, and the quiet hours between. Each image is a silhouette. Each is a wild thing going about its life in an open sky, indifferent to being watched.
These are not dramatic wildlife photographs. There is no color, no detail, no face. Only shape, sky, and the particular stillness of a creature fully inhabiting its moment.
That is the thing about presence. You can't perform it. You either have it or you don't.
Eight 1/1 photographs. Each a single unrepeatable moment.
