Ballad of the Frostbitten Kings
Laughter cracks like frozen glass,
Two cowboys lost on winter's edge.
The wheel spins through empty miles,
Their joy, a brittle echo.
Red coats, stained with yesterdays,
Hats crooked like fading crowns.
They drive—toward nothing,
Chasing warmth the sun forgot.
And when the road turns white,
They’ll howl at a sky long silent.
Fools in the cold,
Heroes of a joke no one told.
