Year X had me leaning into sports related photography from above. Marathons were headlining our Back Left Media page, and just 2 days after the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon, I was giving an aerial photography workshop. As I said in Year II, there is nothing like New York in Autumn,...and what better place to show it off than Central Park? The foliage at peak, the late afternoon long light, the warm afternoon haze, and desire to hold onto the memory of autumn as it quickly gives way to winter's bitter bite. Year X and I feel like this is just the beginning.
