Taken one road away from Helicopters and heavy machines Where the Rainbow is located are on the Army Base called Wheeler Army Airfield one of the first military bases on Oahu. This very location is where Japan attacked. The airfield was used and did try flying out in defense from Dec 7 1941. Not to mention a number of other situations.
