This villa has probably one of the most beautiful areas I have seen so far in abandoned places. It was built around 1860 and sits in the hills above Lake Maggiore. On a total area of 60,000 m² is next to the villa, a charlet, a greenhouse and the beautiful terraces where you have a breathtaking view over the lake. When we had all the pictures in the box, we grabbed a cold beer and lingered there for a while, enjoying this lukewarm autumn evening. You can see the terrace at the bottom right of the picture
